On this album, the North Americans will once again paint a landscape of violence, revenge, grief and hallucinogenic rage. Embedded in a gripping Black/Thrash garb, these highwaymen THE BLACK MORIAH crash down from the icy foothills of the Rocky Mountains. They brave the windswept path of Devil’s Tower and haunt the bone orchard Boot Hill. All this to conjure up stories from a violent past that reverberate to the present.
"Desert Hymns & Funeral Grins" is a journey into troubled lands where the gun is the law and gold is king. Immerse yourself in a world where the coyotes howl and the full moon lights the way. Hear the trumpets scream as the road agents carry you to your desert grave.
THE BLACK MORIAH was formed in 2009 by The Black Arab and Zawicizuz. The
band has successfully released two albums before and is now heading back on the road. Expect nothing less than a musical act of violence that feasts on the spirit of old heroes like Bathory, Kreator, Motorhead, Slayer, Venom.
